Our history

Miguel Angel Nadal, our co-founder and CEO, has more than 40 years’ experience in the real estate business. In the early 1970s he started as an estate agent in a leading company in the industry. Then in 1975 he took a chance and opened his own construction, advertising and estate agency business. With experience and professionalism, he created the cornerstones of HABITATGES MALLORQUINS S.L
